Peter Hutta is a physio coach and the creator of the Numbyra exercise system. He has been practicing Chinese martial arts since his childhood, thanks to which he can draw on almost 24 years of experience. In addition to martial arts, he has been practicing yoga (for the past 12 years), various stretching methods and, to a lesser extent, strength training. Peter is fascinated by the way the human body moves and therefore continues to devote all his efforts to the study of different forms of movement and how they affect our movement development. Thanks to his sports/movement background and the knowledge of modern science, the unique system of balance positions, Numbyra, could be created.
WHAT IS NUMBYRA?

Numbyra is a form of body conditioning, which develops core and postural muscles strength and helps balance muscle chains in a long term perspective. Numbyra is essentially a balance exercise, but it differs slightly from the others in its methodology and, of course, the form of the exercises. The starting point is the ability to co-activate one’s muscles. Co-activation means the simultaneous contraction of a relatively large number of muscles, which are necessary to keep our body in various anti-gravity positions. When following the basic principles of healthy exercise, the process of balancing the imbalances of our body starts. This process hardens and strengthens the body, optimizes the movement and removes the pains of the musculoskeletal system (if present).
